Simply email [email protected] to request a free remake. Please describe the fit issue, indicate the problem area(s) and whether it is too tight/too loose. Attach photographs of you wearing the item to the email. This will help us better understand the fit issue.
1. Tell us about the fit
If the fit does not look or feel right, we’ll remake it for you. Just send us some photos of you in the garment at [email protected] highlighting the troublesome areas.
Your photos are kept confidential and only used for the purpose of improving the fit.
Please don’t return your garment until we have confirmed that we have all the necessary information required to offer you a remake.
2. Get your free remake
Once we receive your photos and we have your measurements on file, we’ll remake your order and send the new version to you within two weeks!

3. Custom fit, take two
If our “make-good” version is still not right (which we believe is very unlikely) we’ll do it over... again! Seriously.
Simply take new photos of you wearing the re-made item and send it back with your comments, you know the drill.

In case you don’t have a tape-measure handy, just go to the size chart and pick the size that you think is yours. If you have a tape-measure, you can still shop off the standard size chart, or choose custom-sizes. If you are going to get yourself measured, please have someone else – a friend or a relative – do it. Self-measuring can induce errors.
