Returns & Cancellations

We sincerely hope you enjoy your eShakti item, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our newly updated policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any changes, cancellations, or returns.

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to modify a confirmed order, please write to us at [email protected] within 24 hours from the receipt of your order confirmation email. Our representatives will be happy to assist you!

Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not happy, we are not happy. That is why eShakti offers you a hassle-free returns policy.

Your first three orders are covered under our Fit Guarantee Program. We find that most of our customers get a perfect fit in the first order. However, in case of an issue, our highly experienced pattern makers, with your input, will create the perfect fit for you through a free remake (with free shipping). Simply email [email protected] to request a free remake. Please describe the fit issue, indicate the problem area(s) and whether it is too tight/too loose. Attach photographs of you wearing the item to the email. This will help us better understand the fit issue.

We also accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days from the date of order delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider), including custom-sized and custom-styled garments. However, we do not accept returns of face masks or items that are altered locally once delivered.

You may select one of the two options to receive your refund:

  • A refund of the item purchase price, made in the original form of payment.
  • –OR–
  • An eShakti gift card – Your store credit covers the item purchase price, customization fee (if any), and the shipping fee associated with the returned item(s).

We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your garment(s), please return your item(s) and place a new order & feel free to mention any changes that we should take into account from your previous order.

Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt of your returns at our facility. Please note that depending on your credit or debit card company, it may take additional days after your credit is applied for it to reflect in your account.

Please note that if you choose to receive your refund via the original form of payment, you will not be reimbursed for any customization fees or original shipping and handling fees. Discounts availed through a gift coupon, special offer or any other promotional offer will be deducted while processing refunds.

Note:

Gift Card: Returned items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a cash refund.

Overstock: Return of overstock will be refunded only in the form of a gift card with a one-year validity. Please note that shipping costs incurred for overstock items will not be refunded.

eShakti reserves the right to provide only cash refunds per the cash return policy above and not through a gift card to any customer, based on the return and purchase history of the customer.

RETURNS PROCESS

Preparing your return – Please initiate your returns online through the following steps:

  • Sign in to www.eshakti.com and scroll through your name in the top right. A drop-down menu will appear.
  • Go to "My Orders" and scroll down to the order you would like to return. Click on "RETURN" in the top right corner to raise a return request for that order.
  • Select the products you would like to return on the next screen along with the reason for the return. This will help us serve you better in the future.
  • Select the mode of refund (cash/gift card) and click on "Proceed" to successfully raise your Return Authorization Request (RAR). Print the request and include it in your return package. If you are unable to print it out, please write the following information from the Returns Authorization Request screen on a sheet of paper and include that in your returns package:

Here is how to prepare your return items to be shipped back to us:

Pre-paid Returns Labels for Returns in the United States
  • For returns in the US, fill in your name and address on the pre-paid label included with your original order and affix it on the top of the box. Remove or strike out any other mailing address information from previous uses of the same box.
  • In the event of having misplaced your prepaid label, please write to us at [email protected] for an alternative return label that you can use. Please note that if the pre-paid label is not affixed to your order, we will be unable to reimburse alternate returns shipping methods.
  • Seal your package securely and leave it for your USPS postal carrier or take it to your nearest USPS post office. USPS accepts both FedEx and UPS return shipping labels. You may also take the package to your nearest UPS store. Choose whichever option is most convenient for you. While insurance is not mandatory, eShakti will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.
